ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) — St. Paul police say a homicide investigation is underway after a shooting in the North End neighborhood Monday night.
The St. Paul Police Department said a man was shot in the chest just before 10 p.m. on the 900 block of Rice Street.
He was taken to Regions Hospital, where he later died.
Police said no arrests have been made.
